High Calorie, Nutritious Overnight Oats
- Old Fashioned Oats – 3/4 cup
- Chia Seeds – 2 Tbs
- Raw Pepitas – 1/2 cup
- Dried Blueberries – 1/4 cup (or fresh or frozen, or whatever berry or not berry you want or don’t want)
- 1 Banana Sliced
- Plain Greek Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- Whatever liquid you want to use. (I like unsweetened vanilla almond milk or hemp milk) – add to your liking.
Add all ingredients in a resealable container of your choice. Mix, shake, and dance. Leave in refrigerator overnight. No cooking required, enjoy chilled the next morning. I used a 16 oz mug here, it worked, but super thick and chewy if I remember correctly. Larger capacity is recommended.
