I try to incorporate stretching and meditation into my daily routine to relieve some anxiety.
I get a lot of anxiety, it feels like my brain goes into overdrive and I keep thinking of better solutions to all my problems in life. But most of the time I can’t do anything about it, but overthink. I ended up taking a couple days off work for mental health this past week and feel better for doing so.
